Copenhagen Flats only advertises for rent, two fully-furnished luxurious apartments in a charming old 17th. century building, in the heart of Copenhagen. Both flats are let out on longterm legal lease agreement. Copenhagen Flats cannot help concerning shortterm vaccations/rentals.

The largest and most exclusive flat takes up the 3 top floors   (Available 1. November 2011)
The smallest flat is situated on the first floor                        (Available 1. January 2012)

The apartments are fully furnished and located in a small charming Tudor-style building. The house was built in 1733 and is very idyllic with it´s own special and nice atmosphere. Everyone who has stayed there has really felt at home. There is a wonderful view overlooking the small private courtyard, which is surrounded by quaint buildings from the 17th century. In the summertime the sun covers the courtyard most of the afternoon. There is also a Weber grill, and sheltered storage for bicycles. 

Most of the furniture is antique and blends in perfectly with the old style interior of the building, which contains for example, exposed wooden ceiling rafters and sanded pine floors.

You can be assured of a comfortable and trouble-free accommodation supported by a high level of service and professional maintenance. Furthermore a legal lease agreement will be entered into protecting both parties.
