This flat is perfect and feasible for one expat, or one tenant, who lives abroad, and at present time spends more than 40-60 days annually in hotels in Copenhagen. Here you can feel more at home, enjoy a more private life, and surround yourself with your own personal belongings, instead of living out of a suitcase. Looking for one person who dosen´t spend much time in the flat, who has his/her regular home abroad, and only wishes to use the flat for ocasional sleepovers. The flat should not be occupied by a tenant who lives there full time.
